Sports Camp Opening Day Schedule 2015 - Please note that our opening day schedule is different than previous years!
Sunday June 14

a.m. – 11 a.m.
Boys
arrive
Registration
will be at the Barbee Center
(The
first building you get to on campus)
At
the Barbee your son will learn the team he is on, pick up camp uniform as well
as meet his counselor.
He
will turn in spending money to counselors (see below).
Parents
will sign climbing permission and ‘no internet’ device contract.
He
will place any athletic equipment you bring and one bathing suit in his locker.
All
parents need to see the nurse at the Barbee to double check she has everything
she needs.
After
checking in at the Barbee, you will drive up the hill to the dorms and unpack
any clothes, pillow, blanket, and personal items.
Sheets
will be provided.
Counselors
will be in both places to help you.
School store will be
open.

am – 12:30 pm
Lunch
will be served in the school dining room for campers and parents.
12:45
pm
Opening
remarks will be in the dining room.
Campers will walk down the hill as a team with their
counselors after opening remarks
